20th Anniversary of ENAP S.A.

ENAP S.A. celebrates the 20th anniversary of its operations on the Polish market. The company providing services in the field of supply, assembly and commissioning of Control & Instrumentation systems as well as electrical and teletechnical works has been present in Poland since 2001.

                December 1, 2021 was the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the ENAP company. The founders of the company were employees of Energoaparatura – Kozienice branch. For the first years, it operated as an employee company employing staff with many years of professional experience in energy and chemical industry.

                The company ENAP sp. z o.o. started its activity from an order in Kozienice Power Plant – “Heating of measurements on a level drum of 500 MW unit”. In 2004, the company implemented the ISO 9001 management system.

                ENAP is a company that provides services in the field of supply, assembly and commissioning of Control & Instrumentation systems, as well as electrical and teletechnical works. Throughout the entire period of its activity, directly and indirectly contributes to the improvement of the quality of the environment through the implementation of projects aimed at reducing the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere. The company has successfully completed eighteen SCR Installations and eight IOS Installations in the automation industry.

                On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Enap S.A. on December 3rd this year a gala dinner took place at the Jovita restaurant in Kozienice. The present President of ENAP S.A. welcomed the invited guests and employees. Grzegorz Szaniawski together with Tomasz Jagiełło, one of the founders of the Company, Member of the Management Board and the long-term Director of the I & C Department, presented the history of the Company in his speech.

                In the speech of President Grzegorz Szaniawski, there was no shortage of thanks to the guests for the cooperation so far and the trust shown. Special thanks were also sent to the employees of the Company, who contributed significantly to its development.

                At the end of the official part, Dariusz Drabiuk, Director of Foreign Operations at APS Energia S.A. on behalf of the President of the Board, Piotr Szewczyk, handed over to the Company’s authorities jubilee greetings along with a gift. There was also a jubilee cake during the event.

                Gala dinner of the 20th anniversary of ENAP S.A. was an opportunity for memories and summaries of the activities to date, indicating the directions of the company’s development for the future.

Information

APS Energia S.A. and WB Electronics S.A. signed a letter of intent regarding the possible sale of a majority stake of the ENAP S.A. company which has been in the APS capital group since 2008.

ENAP S.A. sees this strategy as an opportunity for development in the markets of new technologies – energy storage. This is a good moment for our company, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year.

International Power Industry Fair

On September 15-17, 2020 held the Bielsko-Biała International Power Industry Fair. ENAP SA and APS Energia once again participated in this important event. This year’s edition of the ENERGETAB fair took place in a difficult period for the economy, including the energy sector. ZIAD Bielsko-Biała S.A. as the organizer made every effort to ensure that the event was safe for exhibitors and all visitors.

Our company completed the project of delivery and assembly LV distribution boards with commissioning at 6 stations of the second line of Warsaw Metro.

We are pleased to inform you that our company ENAP S.A. completed the second stage of expansion of the Warsaw Metro as the sole prefabricator of low voltage distribution boards. At the expansion stage we delivered a total of 209 distribution boards to the Gülermak General Contractor. The second stage included 6 metro stations, the eastern stations: Szwedzka, Targówek Mieszkaniowy, Trotka and the western section: Płock, Młynów and Ks. Janusz.

As part of our task we performed distribution boards for stations, ventilation rooms and inter-tunnels. At present the section of  eastern stations have already been commissioned and put into operation.

The western section stations are in the phase of preparation for technical acceptance.

Planned date of acceptance – 28.11.2019.

The main supplier of components for prefabrication was EATON ELECTRIC.

ENAP with a new contact in the I&C systems – Pomorzany Power Plant

Another challenge for the Enap S.A. team was signed in March 2018 an agreement with the Polimex-Energetyka  for “Comprehensive performance of the I&C systems installation together with the delivery of DCS”. As part of the project for the construction of Flue Gas Desulphurization Installation is: design, delivery, assembly, implementation of control algorithms, communication with the existing DCS system, software and commissioning of the DCS system, performance of measurements and tests as well as development of quality and as-built documentation. The order is carried out in the turnkey formula. The value of the entire contract exceeds PLN 5.5 million net.

The investment is carried out as part of the Pomorzany Power Plant Investment Program with the participation of Enap S.A. which will ensure the extension of operational capacity by another 20 years.

On May 23-24 2019, the conference „SAFETY OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES IN ENERGY AND INDUSTRYˮ took place at the Warszawianka hotel in Jachranka. The event was organized by the companies: ENAP SA, APS Energia, WOLFF Group, Kaczmarek Electric SA, MERCON Sp. z o. o., Sevitel Sp. z o. o. and ZEG-Energetyka Sp. z o. o.

The two-day event was devoted to the subject of technological process security. The conference was addressed to enterprises from the broadly understood energy and other industry, representatives of the petrochemical industry, design offices as well as engineering and research companies. The meeting was accompanied by a gala dinner with an attractive artistic setting.

This year’s 32nd edition of the International Energy Fair ENERGETAB 2019 took place on 17-19 September at the ZIAD Bielsko-Biała SA exhibition grounds. The event gathered 724 exhibitors from 24 countries in Europe, Asia and the USA. The company ENAP SA together with APS Energia SA once again took part in this important event. As every year, the fair was accompanied by numerous meetings, talks and presentations.

ENAP S.A. exhibitor on the Power Gen Europe 2017 in Cologne

On 27-29 June 2017 ,ENAP S.A. together with APS Energia have participated as exhibitors at the largest European Power Engineering Expo. This year’s edition took place in Cologne and gathered 10 thousand visitors from over 100 countries.

Enap S.A. and APS Energia participated in the event for the first time as an exhibitor. The Expo was an excellent opportunity to establish new contacts and exchange industry experience. Our stand visited guests from the UK, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Iran, Korea, China and Japan.

ENAP S.A. once again joined the 2nd edition of the social and charity campaign

“Ida Czerwcowa. Stop breast cancer, “which took place on 17-18 June 2017.

The funds will be allocated to early diagnosis of breast cancer in women from the Kozienice region in the age range of 18-49.There was organize a beach volleyball tournament, attended by ENAP employee – Krzysztof Jeziorowski, who took 2nd place with his team on the podium. President of ENAP Cup won the team which included Paweł Kaczorowski, former player of Warsaw University of Technology with Tomasz Trela and Marek Grzelak.

ENAP Team participates in the 5th National Beach Volleyball Tournament, the qualification of the Polish Championship.

As many as 18 teams entered the tournament, so the event was extended to three days. From the elimination of the group system, our couple Lipińska-Jeziorowska / Świstek, representing ENAP Team, started the fight. Unfortunately, the girls first match in the elimination unfortunately lost, but the next meeting win guaranteed them to participate in the main tournament, where they started from position R13. In the fourth meeting on the way ENAP Team stood couple Tokarska / Tylutki. Filled stands, loud cheering for our team was not enough to overcome the experienced pair Tokarska / Tylutki. We lost 2 – 0 and dropped out of the tournament by scoring 7th place.

On our part we warmly congratulate the girls on the result and wish them further success.

Forbes Diamond ranking has been announced for 10 years. ENAP S.A. once again has been among the companies in this prestigious ranking. In a statement prepared by independent  experts, there are companies that have increased their value in the last three years. In the category of 5-50 million PLN of revenue ENAP S.A. recorded a 48.93% increase in value, which placed it at a high position. This title is a great honor for us. This is a recognition of professionalism and reliable business management, as well as proof  that the company is moving in the right direction.

ENAPSA Forbes Diamond 2016 ENAP once again was among the companies honored in the prestigious ranking, “Forbes Diamonds 2016”. The classification includes companies, which in the last three years most dynamically increased their value. When creating the ranking was taken into account the level of sales, net income, value of fixed assets, receivables and capital investment. ENAP was on 34 place in the Mazowieckie voivodship in the category of 5-50 million zł revenue. In 2012-2014, he recorded a 59.11% increase in value. The title of Forbes Diamond is the culmination of efforts and activities undertaken by ENAP over the years. It is also a huge honor and motivation for further development.

We are pleased to announce that ENAP has been awarded the prestigious “Business Gazelle 2015”. 9 March in Hotel Okecie Airport in Warsaw took place a gala awards “Business Gazelle 2015” for Mazowieckie. After the sixteenth time Puls Biznesu in its distinguished ranking of the most dynamically developing small and medium-sized companies. The place of the ranking decided by the percentage growth in turnover achieved in the three years studied (2012- 2014).
