APS Energia S.A. – the parent company acting as a holding company.

APS Energia RUS – a limited liability company registered in 2008 in the  Russian Federation with office in Ekaterinburg (ul. Moskovskaya 195 office 901, 620144 Ekaterinburg). The company also has branches in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk. The main activity is the distribution and service of APS Energia devices. APS Energia S.A. is the sole shareholder.

APS Energia Kazakhstan – a limited liability company registered in 2008 in Kazakhstan with office in Almaty (ul. Bogenbai Batyra 142 office 701, 05 0000 Almaty). The main activity is the distribution and service of APS Energia devices on the Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan markets. APS Energia S.A. is the sole shareholder.

APS Energia Caucasus LLC – a limited liability company registered in 2008 in Azerbaijan with office in Baku (AZ-1000, Baku, Azerbaijan, 3/5 Adil Iskenderov Street 2). The main activity is the distribution of APS Energia devices on the Georgia and  Turkey markets. APS Energia S.A. is the sole shareholder.

APS Energia Czech s.r.o. – a limited company registered in 2011 in the Czech Republic with office in Prague (Kubánské námĕstí 1391/11, Praha 10, PSČ 100 00). The main activity is the distribution of APS Energia devices on the Slovakia, Hungary and Austria markets. APS Energia S.A. is the sole shareholder.

APS Energia Ukraina – a limited liability company registered in 2012 in  Ukraine with office in Kiev (04112 Kiev, 62 Dziekciarewskaja St., office 07). The main activity is the distribution of APS Energia devices. APS Energia S.A. is the sole shareholder.

ENAP S.A. – a joint-stock company registered in Poland with office in Wilczkowice Górne (Wilczkowice Górne 41, 26-900 Kozienice). The company was created as a result of the transformation of previously existing limited liability company. APS Energia S.A. is the sole shareholder.

APS Energia Turkey – a limited liability company founded in 2017 with headquarters in Ankara (Armada İş Merkezi, Eskişehir Yolu, No: 6 Cat: 14 Ofis No: 1429 06520 Söğütözü). The main activity is the distribution of APS Energia devices. APS Energia S.A. is the sole shareholder.
